ABOUT ME

Anna Kwasniak, RD

I’m a registered dietitian with a background in hospital-based care and a special interest in women’s health nutrition. I graduated with Honours from the University of British Columbia’s Dietetics Program and continue to work in clinical settings, including medical and surgical units, the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), pediatrics, and the diabetes centre.

My work is centered on supporting women through key stages of reproductive and hormonal health, including fertility, pregnancy, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). I’m passionate about helping clients understand how nutrition influences hormone balance, metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing — not only during pregnancy, but well before and beyond it.

I believe the foundation for lifelong health begins early, and that evidence-based nutrition can play a powerful role in supporting conception, healthy pregnancies, symptom management in PCOS, and chronic disease prevention. Whether you’re trying to conceive, currently pregnant, navigating irregular cycles or insulin resistance, or simply looking to feel more in tune with your body, nutrition can be a meaningful and empowering tool.

To deepen my expertise, I completed additional training in Nutrition Therapy for Fertility and Pregnancy through the Early Life Nutrition Alliance. This training allows me to provide individualized, science-based support tailored to each client’s unique health history, goals, and stage of life.

I provide personalized, compassionate nutrition counselling for women and couples, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds — including those seeking faith-based or values-driven care. My goal is to support you with clarity, confidence, and practical guidance as you move toward better health.
