What to Expect in Your Initial Assessment:

The Initial Assessment is a comprehensive, three-part process – designed to provide clarity, insight, and a personalized plan to support a healthy pregnancy. All three steps are included within one assessment fee.

  1.  Interview (45 min) – A detailed virtual consultation where we explore your medical/health history, lifestyle, and current eating habits.
  2. Analysis – The dietitian will conduct a comprehensive review of your food intake, supplements, and lab work to identify nutrient gaps, and lifestyle factors that may need to be addressed to optimize your diet for a healthy pregnancy.
  3. Personalized Plan (45 min) – You’ll receive a customized written report and a follow-up session to review your results, outline tailored nutrition and supplement strategies, and provide step-by-step guidance moving forward.

How Much Does it Cost?

The Initial Pregnancy Nutrition Assessment is $290.
This comprehensive assessment forms the foundation of your pregnancy nutrition care — helping us understand your unique needs and develop a tailored plan that makes every future session focused, personalized, and effective.

Follow-Up Sessions are $150 and provide continued support, accountability, and guidance as we adjust your plan and track your progress throughout your pregnancy.
